The mold is made of magnesium aluminum alloy, and the mold replacement is fast. Key components such as PLC, servo positioning system, cylinder, solenoid valve, blowing valve, and action valve are all selected from well-known foreign manufacturers. The switch on/off, heating, and time adjustment of the equipment can be carried out through the SIMATIC HMI operation panel.
