Use cold gel, with gel pump and temperature control system, safety device, electrical control system, frequency conversion, frequency conversion drive unit and mechanical structure, equipment frame and label station. Can be adjusted according to changes in bottle size.

Easy to clean, no gel leakage, no pollution, and no waste. The central part of the label plate aluminum wheel working surface is hollowed out to save gel and reduce label wrinkles.

Failure or misalignment of labeling, label damage, and other phenomena require an alarm device to prompt.

Connected to the filling machine and equipped with a delay device. When the filling machine stops, the labeling machine stops letting the bottle in. When the filling machine is working, the labeling machine automatically operates normally.

Automatic gel scraping control; When there is no bottle, the label storage box does not send the label; When there is no label or gel inside the label box, there is a shutdown alarm function.

The upper surface, sides, and door frame of the equipment are all made of 304 stainless steel plates with polished surfaces; Fully enclosed, the safety door is made of stainless steel frame with organic glass panel embedded, and comes with a plug-in protective switch.

The main motor and turbine box adopt Bonfiglioli（Italy）, and the spiral transmission gearbox adopts SITI(Italy).

There is a safety clutch device on the star wheel, which aims to automatically stop the machine when the bottle is blocked.
