The machine adopts our tailor-made high-precision waist wheel flowmeter which specializes in edible oil filling to reduce filling deviation and increase filling accuracy, which is technically superior to its competitors in the industry.

Filling nozzles adopt lifting devices and vacuum resorption systems so that they are anti-dripping. And each filling nozzle can be individually shielded without affecting the use of other filling nozzles. And the distance between the filling nozzles can be adjusted to fit bottles of different capacities.

Equipped with a built-in frequency conversion system, there are three speed levels of filling: full speed filling, medium speed filling, and slow self flow filling, to prevent the phenomenon of oil overflow.

Due to the liquid level control inside the high-level tank, it ensures more stability of oil pressure and filling accuracy.

The internal oil pipeline adopts 304 stainless steel round pipes and 304 stainless steel corrugated pipes to eliminate plasticizers and ensure oil safety.

Intelligent human-computer interaction, convenient and flexible operation. The data storage system can store and remember multiple filling range parameters, making it convenient and fast to switch filling ranges.
